It never ceases to amaze us when agencies announce that they are now integrated.
Why? Because the same agencies never seem to announce a whole raft of new people
to support their instantly acquired abilities. Mmmm.

Trust us, there is a huge difference between being integrated and being seen to be integrated. If you were cynical, you could almost believe the same companies were launching a land grab for more of a client's budget in tougher times.

We were integrated on day 1 over 16 years ago. We don't recruit jacks-of-all-trades, just masters of the one they were hired to do.
