Clayton Graham is the lead strategic agency for RBS WorldPay, The Royal Bank of Scotland's Global Payment Processing division. During 2008 we had responsibility for consolidating 7 companies into one newly formed brand.
This was no mere task; it encompassed communication, cultural and operational changes to touch the lives of thousands of staff and impact on businesses across the world. 28 governance committees, 42 workshops, 960 hours of research and literally thousands of cups of coffee later, this was the result.
